Terms of Service

1. Provision of Production Services

These Terms of Service govern the provision of production services, including but not limited to videography, photography, audio production, editing, and related creative support provided by SteenoHall Productions, LLC. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that each project depends on agreed scope, timelines, resources, and approvals. SteenoHall Productions, LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality results, but specific outcomes may vary by project conditions.

2. Project Timelines and Execution

SteenoHall Productions, LLC operates under defined scopes and production schedules. The client agrees to provide timely access to locations, required materials, feedback, and approvals. Delays in client communication, access, or revisions may extend delivery timelines and related milestones.

3. Financial Terms and Service Fees

Client agrees to pay SteenoHall Productions, LLC according to the pricing, milestones, and terms stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Payments cover creative and production services only unless otherwise specified. Failure to make timely payments may result in delayed delivery, suspension of work, or withholding of final deliverables until balances are paid.

4. Intellectual Property and Creative Assets

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables as defined in the project agreement. SteenoHall Productions, LLC retains ownership of pre-existing tools, workflows, and production methodologies. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SteenoHall Productions, LLC may display completed work in portfolio materials for promotional purposes.

5. Termination of Services

Termination terms are governed by the project agreement in effect between the client and SteenoHall Productions, LLC. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Services completed up to the cancellation date remain billable. Final files and access transfers, where applicable, will be provided after all outstanding invoices are paid in full.
